Nowadays, much has been charged from government agencies and companies that somehow receive public capital to have transparency in their actions. Many laws in this sense are being created and some are being regulated so that they can be properly applied. But it is something relatively new in many municipalities began to develop recently. And because it is new, there are still many questions, both in the interpretation of the legal text as the actual implementation. In many organizations, the availability of data is still very precarious, and when the information is made available, it is not presented in a clear and understandable way, as it should. Few entities are where a transparency system was implemented correctly, and where the main guidelines of the law are being complied with satisfactorily. This work aims to analyze the logistics of implementing the transparency process in municipalities, pointing the Tremembé city and indicating some success stories. To this end, it will be described the implementation parameters and transparency suggested by legislation in Brazil, citing some important interpretations and evaluating what can be done to improve the applicability of public transparency. |
