This assumption has been proven by Taiana Monfroi in her supervised internship report II presented at the University of Western Santa Catarina (UNOESC) Civil Engineering graduation in Joaçaba. After data and calculations obtained, her conclused, was that at the beginning of 2020 the Cemetery will be with its spaces saturated, making it necessary and timely a reorganization of the cemetery to enable its spaces thus increasing its useful life. This issue is, therefore, a public policy that must be immediately resolved. The present paper of Conclusion of Course in Municipal Public Management proposes a management plan aiming at the reorganization of the space with the intention of making possible the spaces of the cemetery, thus avoiding that the public administration needs to acquire a land for a new Cemetery. The present study initially presents data on Treze Tílias’ municipal cemetery as well as the computation of its capacity in view of the population increase of the municipality. The work also exposes what the City Hall is already doing on this subject. Based on this, the key elements needed to draw up an action plan have been identified. A timeline was developed using the Gantt Chart to determine the duration and sequence of deployment of the actions. The actions to be implemented were detailed using the 5W2H method. The results of this work contribute to the city council of the municipality of Treze Tílias can plan, implement and monitor in a more effective way the actions for reorganization of the Cemetery. Existe uma grande preocupação referente à falta de espaço para novas sepulturas no cemitério Municipal do município de Treze Tílias-SC. Essa suposição foi comprovada pela acadêmica Taiana Monfroi em seu relatório de estágio supervisionado II apresentado ao Curso de Engenharia Civil da Universidade do Oeste de Santa Catarina (UNOESC) de Joaçaba. Sua conclusão após dados e cálculos obtidos, foi de que no início de 2020 o Cemitério estará com seus espaços saturados, tornando oportuno e necessário uma reorganização do cemitério para viabilizar seus espaços aumentando assim, a sua vida útil. Este tema se trata, portanto de uma política pública que deve ser imediatamente resolvida. O presente Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso em Gestão Pública Municipal propõe um plano de gestão visando a reorganização do espaço com o intuito de viabilizar os espaços do cemitério, evitando com isso que a administração pública necessite adquirir de um terreno para novo Cemitério. O presente estudo inicialmente apresenta dados sobre o Cemitério Municipal de Treze Tílias bem como o computo da sua capacidade tendo em vista o aumento populacional do município. O trabalho expõe também o que a Prefeitura Municipal já está fazendo sobre esse assunto. Com base nisso, foram identificados os elementos fundamentais necessários para a elaboração de um plano de ação. Um cronograma foi desenvolvido usando o Diagrama de Gantt para determinar a duração e a sequência de implantação das ações. As ações a serem implantadas foram detalhadas utilizando o método 5W2H.
