The present work presents an approach focused on law implementation of information accessibility at Pindamonhangaba-SP. town hall It analysis the transparency portal and the Citizen Information Service, seeking to verify how much municipal management has complied with LAI provisions, providing real-time and accessible information in order to strengthen the transparency of local public administration. The present research also seeks to identify possible failures to be solved, as well as governmental actions aimed to improving the service provided. Thus, it was chosen the descriptive research, with qualitative method. It is concluded that Law 12,572 / 11, as a legal provision that regulates the citizen's right to information access with the obligation of the public administrator to provide accounts, it constitutes an important mechanism in the control of the actions practiced by the municipal public administration that consequently inhibits acts of corruption. |
