This work has a documentary research on the influence of religion in the city of Guaratinguetá -SP. Discourse of concepts of religious tourism, people who seek faith, travel through pilgrimages, pilgrimages. It presents a history of the municipality and the sights of the municipality. There is a prevalence of this type of tourism for the municipality. It discusses the relationship of tourism with public power as well as the significance of becoming one of the 70 tourist resorts in the state of São Paulo. It brings as a result of the study of the impact of tourism in the region and how actions related to these issues that are powerful for the development of the municipality. |
