The aim of this study was to observe, to collect data and raise awareness of the food consumed in the school environment for students aged between 9 and 10 years old who linked eating habits to pass on family values, the media. The school as a training institution and informant becomes a tool in the transmission of knowledge and revised figures for the student to change eating habits, realize the nutritional value of food is not processed to ensure a healthy diet to maintain and improve the quality of life. The school lunch is right guaranteed by the Constitution to all students who attend public schools, is also the target of realizing that this study provides a healthy food to pupils and weekly menus are pleased the school demands. Accordingly, power consumed by students within the school environment, and replace old unhealthy habits of eating will also provide changes within and outside the educational space where students will be a multiplier of food education, ensuring adequate food, promoting health body and allowing a gradual change in inappropriate feeding practices. |
