Resumo: This work searched to make an analysis of the quarrels on the Mathematical Modeling in the education process and learning. The search for new methodologies of education in the education of the Mathematics must be constant, therefore thepupils of yesterday are not equal to the ones of today, and the necessity of if obtaining to improve the learning have that always to be the focus. At the moment the Mathematical Modeling has been very argued had its importance as education technique, for having as objective to interpret and day-by-day understanding the most diverse events of ours, however, still its abrangência and the difficulty of if understanding the ways most adequate of if applying such methodology in classroom exist many doubts on this subject due, therefore the necessity of more studies on the subject so that if it can understand its functioning and better form of application. These doubts had been the stimulatons that had always guided the accomplishment of this research, having intention to search the agreement of the difficulties and the benefits of if working with this new methodology of called education Mathematical Modeling. Through activities applied in classroom the participation and the interest of the pupils in this type of different activity of what had been observed they are accustomed. During the lessons a bigger interaction between the pupils and interest in developing the activities had been observed proposals, because integrant part of the process had been felt education learning and the considered subject left of a curiosity of them.
