The present work aimed to study and analyze issues related to the determinants of eating behavior with emphasis on the educational, moreover, show that healthy food is a basic human development needs and demonstrate the importance of family and school main collaborators in this process . To achieve this goal, initially held a deep and extensive review of literature on the various ideas based on theme authors. Then the field research, which was conducted in three CEMEIS in the municipality of Ibaiti PR. The subjects investigated in this study were 10 teachers working in early childhood education, whose age ranges from 20 to 50 years old. We used questionnaires composed abetas and closed questions in order to obtain data in order to check that the food served to children in these institutions are adequate and goodquality. Through these, it can be seen that many dietary factors are, however, a healthy food education started from the first years of life is crucial for a person to have an absolute and full development throughout its existence. |
