Research indicates that teach Science is becoming increasingly difficult in our schools and what accounts for this is the lack of interest from students, who are bombarded by technology and find it more attractive than school content. The gender scientific dissemination has achieved its prominence in relation to the teaching of science, because this is a clear, objective and more attractive to students. This research aims to investigate the difficulties and challenges encountered by teachers to teach science and challenges encountered by teachers to teach science as well as they usually use materials and spaces of scientific dissemination in order to assist the process of teaching and learning of students. The sample consisted of 17 teachers of Science of Elementary Education II State Schools Municipality Medianeira - PR, who participated in the study by answering a questionnaire. It is noticed through this study that most teachers feel many difficulties in trying to teach Science and mitigate them seeking new teaching methodologies that encourage students curiosity in learning. Vast majority of respondents admitted that utilizes materials and spaces for dissemination of science, because they believe that by treating the contents of differently treated in the classroom, make the students feel motivated to learn. |
