Resumo: This paper presents a roadmap of practical activities for studying the kingdom Monera within the discipline of science with the aim of demonstrating the importance of implementing these as aids in teaching. The script was developed and applied in Preschool and Elementary School "Educational Nucleus Interaction" - NIE in the city of Jau - SP with 30 students in the 7th year of elementary school II. To collect data involving the assimilation of the content was used a questionnaire administered before and after the practical activities. The results show a clear improvement in the utilization of the teaching-learning in the classroom by students, proving the relevance of such tools for student learning, which includes the provisions of Law of Directives and Bases of National Education as it assists in developing questions and search for answers, constructing knowledge.
