This study aimed to highlight the importance of industrial waste management as part of an environmental management system permanent. With the oil crisis always ups and downs and the increase of alcohol in the mixture of gasoline and great recovery in automobile manufacturing alcohol-fueled, intensified in sugarcane agro responsibility for environmental impacts such as the destruction of areas with native vegetation loss diversity of rural production and release of stillage in rivers. Even today, these impacts generate environmental and social problems such as erosion and soil pollution, water pollution by pesticides, emission of pollutants into the atmosphere by the burning of fields, destruction of biodiversity and increased rural exodus. Organic waste from the process of industrialization of cane sugar, stillage and filter cake can be used in soil and benefiting the agriculture, following some rules application techniques, such as those cited in the field and not as pollutants without an appropriate destination. Companies that do not consider the interaction with the environment, as the premise of survival, are exposing themselves to the danger of losing future business. A growing number of entrepreneurs in the first world countries, who are changing their manufacturing processes in order to make their businesses more environmentally responsible. |
