The current form of management and education of world society, population growth, inadequate exploitation of natural resources, in addition to the increasing demand for new technologies and building a society without descartista and environmental awareness are the main cause of the huge increase solid waste. As in most such waste does not have the proper disposal (landfill and recycling), are being released improperly direct the environment (natural and artificial), and the lack of information on the need for separation of such waste and the economic source. This study was conducted with students from the seventh grade level, so that they can be a basis to sensitize the society in which they are placed on the importance of recycling their waste. Workshops were held in which students sought to show that the solution for the environment is an environmental education effectively, where people are not mere spectators but as participants in a new society. Students showed great interest and motivation to help raise awareness of other people about recycling. |
