This work has as a suggestion the insertion and interdisciplinary study of Electronic Waste as a theme in the 6th grade elementary school classes, cycle II. The main objective of this monograph was to elucidate and seek to understand the thoughts of students of the Escola Municipal de Educação Fundamental, students of elementary school I, through a descriptive research, regarding the disposal of electronic waste. This study aims to develop the sense of citizenship and respect of mankind towards environmental issues. Initially, data regarding disposal of electronic waste in Brazil and in the world was sought, and from these alarming data, questions were elaborated for a group of students from the 6th year of a public school, in order to understand what they understand and how they dispose of electronic waste. Through the research, comments based on authors or current legislation were written, for instance; the Law of Guidelines and Bases of Education (9394/96), National Solid Waste Policy (PNRS), National Curricular Parameters (NCP) and the Common National Base Curricular (BNCC). The study contributes to the work of the teachers of the teaching unit, as it allowed to conclude that the students have little intimacy with the theme "electronic wast", but they show a willingness to learn about the subject. |
