Resumo: Decision making in business environments is increasingly dependent on data generated by operations involved in the business and obtained from external sources. Data generated internally have become increasingly relevant to support decision making by the volume and diversity of data generated and concepts, techniques and tools to assist in the analysis of these data. The term Business Intelligence (BI), represents the process of collecting, organizing, analyzing, distributing and monitoring data that generates information to support business management. Business intelligence can be used at the various organizational decision-making levels and across a wide range of business sectors. DataBase Administrator (DBA), database administrators, can use data obtained from the monitoring of operations performed in customer databases as support for decision making in a BI process, in order to optimize the time and resources Avoiding and preventing errors. Considering this context, a system was developed for real-time monitoring of operations carried out in the database of clients of a management system, aiming to reduce the decision-making time of DBAs. The developed system, which is web-based, presents indicators on the consistency of services hosted in a set of servers in a personalized way.
