The destination of waste from agricultural activities has been the subject of much discussion in recent years. Reverse logistics of empty pesticide packaging has become a model of functional process since 2002, with the creation of inpEV has achieved very positive results. With the development of agricultural technologies, it moved to adopt a model of treatment of industrial seeds, which consists of the seed coat, with pesticides, on a large scale. Due to the increasing number of industrial machines that have been installed by seed producers and agricultural retailers, the main objective this study is examine the collect of empty containers considering the aspect of treatment of industrial seeds. To meet the overall objective, the study began by describing the collect of empty pesticide packaging, identification of organizations and people involved in the process and their responsibilities, description of the treatment of industrial seed and analysis of the collect of the packaging arising from this process of seed treatment. The methodology used is the exploratory type, because it is a subject with few scientific productions, and descriptive by description of the topics and objects of research. The main results were: that the packages originated from the treatment of industrial seeds, only the empty pesticide packages have collect and destination defined by law and which is made through by the flow of organized and administered by inpEV, this process is done cooperatively between all involved in the process. It was also found that for empty packages of treated seed isn't made collect and correct destination. Currently the most common treated seed destination is to bury or burn. |
