Performance evaluation has been proved an extremely important factor for the success of any organization. Faced with this principle, this work aims to carry out the assessment of performance in a segment of the "Factoring" company, also called in Brazil as “Fomento Mercantil”, located in the State of Paraná, southwest region, which has operations through offices and autonomous representatives in twelve cities in southern of Brazil (Paraná, Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul). In the case study method, the considered most important indicators were analyzed by the lead manager, using an adaptation of the performance evaluation methodology MCDA-C. Results indicate that the company has an improvement in some of the analyzed factors from the first to the second period, however, there is a stagnation in the overall result measured in sequence, requiring efforts in the indicators that indicate the least favorable results through the modeling by a graphical map contextualizing all indicators in a general computation of summating of the scale indicated by the company manager, based on criteria defined by him. Application of the adaptation the MCDA-C methodology for an administrative services providing company, like in this case, shows a final result of practical applicability, even a simplistic way, which can be usable and adaptable to any company willing to evaluate your business. |
