This paper presents an approach about the achieving of operational results of
organizations through satisfied and engaged employees. It is understood that the
manager of an organization mistake into prospecting results measured only with an
administrative management with controls and strategies, without due consideration
for human capital that compose it. The low rate of employee satisfaction refers to the
problem, which is always present in organizations, and has as objective to present a systematic management through BSC - Balanced Scorecard methodology, providing
the management results through various performance indicators focusing the
satisfaction of the people who constitute the Company (Directors, Managers and
Employees, Customers and Suppliers), in various departments (Administration and
Financial, Commercial, Internal Processes and Human Resources). Through the
BSC methodology, the results were analyzed through quantitative research with the
Company A, and it appears that the increase in people's satisfaction influences on
various performance indicators, showing growth compared with the average growth
of the previous period. It is noteworthy that in order to achieve the effectiveness of an organization in current times and before the "blackout professionals", as well as the many opportunities for jobs, there is the need to attract and retain talent
professionals. Therefore, denoting that not only salaries, bonuses, benefits are
sufficient. There is something that all seek: the welfare and happiness spread in work environments, so declared and experienced. It was also observed that the pursuit of happiness become the motivational agent and propellent for scientification that truly is what everyone seeks: Managers, Employees, Customers or Suppliers. They are
people and as such want to be happy. |
