The results were significant because it was possible to provide a management tool that allows a global analysis including all waste inputs. Este trabalho aborda a análise gerencial de uma empresa através do custeio ideal. Mostrando breves definições de alguns conceitos na área de custos e realizar um estudo de caso em uma empresa industrial para mensurar os desperdícios de recursos que acontecem ao longo do processo produtivo.
