The aim of this paper is to analyze the existence of a management information system that foundation management process at all stages. The model chosen and Economic Management investigated in this work is the GECON. The authors cited that address this issue emphasize that a management system must form a cycle of planning, execution and control. The paper presents as a case study, the planning phase of a small company in the field of driver training. We emphasize that the phase study to identify the strengths and weaknesses, detect threats and opportunities, define a formal mission and vision and a plan of action based on the needs and company goals. However, there is an object of study in this case the implementation of comprehensive management model that addresses the theoretical framework. |
