The present work aims to do a case study on a small domestic utensils aluminum industry to identify the main needs on the generation of information on area costs and propose the model that suits your needs. It was possible to identify the main needs on the generation of information in the area cost through an exploratory research and interview the managers of the company. Finally propose a costing model that can meet the needs of the company, in order to assist managers in decision making. Had as main results the implementation of a costing method in which the company may have a base of information for decision making and will also be possible to identify within your line of products which are more attractive through your contribution margin. |
