The following project presents the theoretical approach regarding social balance, cooperative and its principles, as well as the changes in the environment where the companies are inserted. Changes linked to competitiveness, respect towards the
community’s and people’s values due to the companies themselves. With the characterization of the companies, it’s characteristics, guided by cooperative
principles, the interest in the community was highlighted here in relation to the social balance as a tool do advertise actions taken by the cooperative, as well as to measure the performance in the area. After the preparation of the social balance,
from the Ibase model, conclusions will be drawn from these such strategically
important matters for the future of the cooperative and its relationship with its
surroundings. |
