This paper presents an approach to the Balanced Scorecard tool in a auto parts company, and evaluation after implementation of the model, extract its advantages and disadvantages, so we analyzed the topic of bibliographic form, emphasizing the concepts and comparing specific objective to identify results in the management of the administration, it is noticed that the results generated by the BSC are advantageous, can not fail to mention that the process requires continued investment in staff motivation and engagement in the management of the company, compare the results with eight-researched articles that corroborate the advantages and disadvantages analyzed in this study design. |
