This study present an approach about the application of the participative management model, the theoretical and practical differences, comparing two Brazilian’s organizations, their difficulties and advantages using this management model. For this study, was compared the management model of organizations Pormade and Semco, parallel to the definition bibliography about Participative Management, analyzing its feasibility and efficiency. Also covered the apply difficult inserted in reality of organizations, concluding with a analysis about the application way, and if this includes the demanded to be defined as Participative Management, or if it is framed in another management model. |
