Increasing market demands regarding improvements in the standards of quality of the buildings attached to cost reduction, has demanded the construction companiesto improve management of its projects. In this context this paper discusses a case study of compatibility of projects: architectural precast structure and, in a business venture in the city of Cascavel - Paraná. Presented a correlation matrix as a toolusing a checklist of failures and also the list of incompatibilities found in floor plansand architectural projects overlapping structure of precast concrete. Thus, the paper presents the interference resulting from the choice of the precast construction system, ie the decisions about the work as an example, the definition of the structure to be utilized should be taken during the creation process, or rather at phase of theprogram needs to develop the project to achieve quality standards and reducing time and cost. |
