An Environmental Management System (EMS) should be seen as a framework that allows establishing an environmental policy, with proper planning to deploy actions allowing a permanent monitoring. The objective of this work is not only to characterize the environmental impacts, discuss them, but provide consistent, relevant solutions argumentative validity for all environmental liabilities that demand this action within the Plan Recovery of Degraded Areas in the process of licensing construction of the Ring Road in the Municipality of Candeias, Bahia. Some of the methods are based on a combination of some methods qualitatively analyze the impacts based on the experience accumulated by the technicians. An environmental prognosis associated with the implementation phase of this project will be presented. |
