This work was the theme of Environmental Management System in Motor Vehicle Dealers. Currently, this sector has grown considerably and with it the concern with the environment. Acting in an environmentally responsible manner is undoubtedly a competitive among enterprises. The ISO 14001 north to companies interested in having an environmental certification and seek excels in this globalized era. The study aimed to use a questionnaire in automotive concessionaires in Concordia-SC county to have is knowledge of the current situation of the same. With the results we sought to show the practice of environmental management in utility companies and how they are in relation to the environment. This questionnaire was applied to 11 (eleven) dealers in the investigation period was 07 (seven) to 30 (Thirty) of August of 2014. Since after this step, the data were analyzed in the form of discussion theories and through the interpretation of the collected data. But due to lack of access to information the present study focuses on only one company. Still, if elaborated suggestions for companies to apply for better environmental management. |
