This thesis aims to analyse the relationship between students and the environment of a Municipal school located in Bahia’s seashore, furthermore it discusses the consequences of this relationship in order to think over and find solutions to improve the quality of this environment. In fact, the most ideal evolution process for this school environment must be based on fundamentals of democratic management in schools, holistic education, the four pillars of education and fundamentals of environment education to stimulate and instruct some techniques for the change of habits connect with an excellent management related to physical structure of school and the use of the its spaces. In summary, it was recognized that it is essential to work with environmental education in all levels of education, providing a better students’ awareness of conservation of the school environment. Indeed, the improvement in the school environment will meet the solutions to the main issues that interfere in the pedagogical practice, sensitizing and educating future citizens. |
