This research came from the objective of analyzing the change in the habits of employees of an industry located in the Municipality of Medianeira-PR, through the introduction of an Environmental Education project based on awareness, considering the problems related to high water consumption industry. Encourage employees to become aware of local, regional and global impacts on excessive consumption, raising critical awareness of the current situation and motivating them to develop simple alternatives to mitigate possible impacts. For a quantitative analysis of the behavior and knowledge of the target public on the subject, a questionnaire was applied resulting in an environmental diagnosis, technical visits were also made to the industry to analyze the changes implemented after the completion of the activities. At the end of the activities it was possible to conclude that a proposal to include in the routine of employees of an industry activities aimed at the implementation of environmental education can change the environmental perception of them, thus developing awareness, aimed at understanding the environment in which it is inserted and the part in which each one acts as a transforming agent of the same. |
