The present research has the theme Solid Waste – Treatment of Ink Borage in Industrial Units. This is a very complex issue as a result of its practice that causes environmental pollution and damages to human health. Even with the introduction of Law 12305/2010, which establishes the following order of priority in waste management: non-generation, reduction, reuse, recycling, waste treatment and environmentally appropriate disposal of tailings, industries continue to dispose of waste of these residues, mainly with respect to the use and disposal of paints, whose products have considerable importance in the protection of surfaces by recoating processes. This research intends to show within its delimitation of the subject if there is “the adequate management of the lees of paints in the industrial units”, aiming at an approach on the control, discards and the obligation to repair the possible damages caused. |
