This scientific article deals with the “Rio Limpo Program”, developed from 2016 in the city of Blumenau / SC, whose objective is to detect irregularities in the sewage building connections and seek to remedy the identified nonconformities through surveys. Household properties that already have the public sewage system available. Thus, this article will demonstrate and explore the data obtained in the Boa Vista micro basin in Blumenau / SC, analyzing the results obtained in this first stage of the program, exposing the difficulties encountered and highlighting the positive aspects. In the end, from the previous results we can conclude that the program has proven effective in identifying irregularities and collecting data, from this diagnosis should be strengthened actions to raise awareness of citizens to promote the necessary adjustments in their homes, alerting them that these measures will contribute to the preservation of water resources and the improvement of public health. |
