To introduce sustainable attitudes in Western culture is possible through environmental education and a lot of willpower. One of the obstacles to overcome is the way how environmental education is worked in regular education. Environmental education is seen as an event in the school and not part of the learning process, another obstacle is the teacher's lack of knowledge on the subject. The research aimed to select scientific data that will help the teacher to humanize the other individuals, so that they realize they are part of nature and that preserving the environment is a matter of survival. The investigation was developed through literature research, through systematic analysis of books, journals and database related to the subject matter data. In terms of results, it was found that the higher the level of technology achieved by man, the greater his responsibility about it. It was also observed that the low income people are more vulnerable to involuntary risks. Therefore, the work synthesizes sustainable actions that can be practiced by any individual, regardless of his social class. |
