It can be stated that the Secretariat of the Municipality of Santana de Parnaíba Health Sector in Fighting Dengue has the key role of awareness and preservation of the environment that seeks to plan strategies with action plans and information routinely identify methods that will be used for day to day activities together with society, public managers and servers to the existing structure of human resources in order to address issues of education, communication, social mobilization and sanitation to meet the demands to control , prevent and control cases dengue in the municipality through indicators that are analyzed in order to change behavior and adopt practices for the maintenance of the environment . This research is classified as literature, qualitative descriptive in character with the definition of explanatory research. Data collection was conducted from 2010 to September 2013, the history of dengue in the city in 2011 reports that increased the number of confirmed cases of autochthonous (native to the region) and imported and consequently increased the reported dengue this information is registered by the Ministry of Health is the agency of the Federal Executive Power and the Superintendency of Endemic Disease Control, one linked to the Local Authority Health Secretary of São Paulo. Together the Municipal Health Secretariat of the municipality of Santana de Parnaíba and Epidemiological Surveillance industry in order to provide actions, detection or prevention of any change in conjunction with the Dengue Control Sector of the Department of Health. The isolated actions to combat and prevent dengue in Cajamar in 2011 has been inadequate, some measures are essential to reduce the economic impact on the health of your city and its boundaries. |
