This study was to identify themes, from the standpoint of organizational, financial, and structural control of social diagnosis if the city of Maringá Paraná, through its Municipal Social Welfare and Citizenship - CASS, or has no mechanisms to ensure the effectiveness of the actions in promoting social inclusion and local development through the implementation of public policies. It also aims to highlight the alternatives , obstacles and limits of current practices of public policies , as well as the contradictions of projects decentralization and decentralization of the same , indicating if possible trends for the construction of roads for proposals articulated integrated development policies and sustainable , conducted in a planned manner and with the participation of civil society organizations . Finally , it is concluded that it is essential to deepen the subject presented in the same way that it is essential to promote greater participation and supervision of civil society in the elaboration of public policies as a form of local development and social inclusion , as well as fundamental expand knowledge about public management , training and qualifying coaches , officials and public managers , to ensure results with greater efficiency and social justice, thereby generating improved quality of life . The exchange of experiences between the successful guidelines likewise is understood as a fundamental tool for the process of improving these policies, making them increasingly effective. |
