Resumo: This work was the subject of truancy vocational secondary courses of the State College Alberico Marques da Silva, located in Santa Isabel do Ivaí – PR, which faces a high dropout rate. We note that it is not an isolated incident, because the problem is evident in all courses in the region and the state, of great concern, which is discussed in debates, occupying the space of relevance in the field of educational policy. From this issue, the theme of the study aimed to identify the elements of organizational behavior that contribute to the dropout of students. The school provides technical courses in Human Resources and Administration. Current students, former students, teachers and courses with quantitative research through questionnaires were analyzed. The coordinator and dropout students were through qualitative research interviews, totaling 55 participants. In view of the influence of organizational behavior on avoidance we base topics such as leadership, motivation, organizational structure in power always bringing authors dealing with these subjects in school, in addition, we talk about the public policies which give openings to the middle level vocational courses. We noted throughout the paper that the elements of organizational behavior are present in school intensively and that these behaviors actually influence the evasion, in the same way that you can avoid it. The frustration of students occurs by internal and external school grounds, the school's role to external reasons is to look for ways to encourage students to stay in school, as the school is internal to the elements due to the mismanaged organizational behavior.
