This work was the subject of Personnel Management Policies in Public Management, focusing on a post office . The motivation has always been a big challenge in people's private lives , in the corporate world this is no different , especially in public, where they search a condition of service excellence and in providing service by the servers , so since it is necessary an analysis that seeks to understand the variations in motivational issues primarily a mechanism which can measure the motivation of each employee in public management . So seek mechanisms that can provide conditions that may create these conditions motivating servers is not an easy task, especially when the people who are ahead of these services often do not know their value or importance of their activities, both on a personal level and a professional for the population . A post office is the source case study in the public sector , it is an organization with 350 years of existence , and is in great story changes throughout these centuries . It seeks to highlight the relationship between service quality and motivation. |
