The topic is discussed in work related to the program 8S Study was conducted to verify that the feasibility of implementing the program in the City Hall Municipal Archives from Paraná. So all senses proposed by the program and these were analyzed: sense of purpose and unity; sense of education and training, sense of use, sense of organization, sense of cleanliness, sense of hygiene and health, sense of self-discipline and sense of economy and combat waste. The study was conducted at the Municipal Archives of the City Hall from Paraná, located in the city from Paraná-PR, this sector responsible for filing bidding procedures and other documents from the Purchasing and Procurement, Accounting, Treasury and Human Resources sectors, as documents were found: commitments, records of enrollment for employees of newspapers published editions of file and several others being those of importance to Government for this work descriptive and quantitative methods were used in order to obtain data to facilitate the analysis of case question, simple questionnaires with closed questions and one open question were applied so that the employees interviewed the Purchasing and Procurement, Accounting, Treasury and Human Resources sections provide suggestions on the subject researched, through which this can identify the strengths and weaknesses of studied sector and own sectors where they perform their activities, which we observed in Study What's the feasibility of deploying 8S program because this can bring benefits to the public body and its employees. |
