This research presents a theoretical- conceptual and descriptive exploratory approach to bullying in public service. Raises the concepts of people management and interpersonal relations in the workplace, addresses the issue of burnout , conceptualizing a great psychic wear resulting from situations of extreme stress . And the administrative rules and disciplinary conduct, and code of ethics of public servants, which is committed to correct the wrongdoing stemming such behavior. |
