This work was thematic Tenders and Contracts in the knowledge society, based on a bidding model called Electronic Trading. The various methods of procurement were not meeting the need of the Public Administration who longed for faster and more efficient ways to do the buying public. Thus arises the Electronic Trading agile, economical and transparent instrument that has transformed public bidding, allowing society to monitor and supervise effectively the government procurement, and thus learn a fast and practical way if their taxes are being well applied or not by those elected to represent them. |
