This work aimed to evaluate the influence of thematic leadership in communication and how this has reflected on the stimuli (de) motivation of public servants who serve in the Department of Municipal Revenue Itapevi / SP. The satisfaction of customers in Brazil has fallen dramatically since the year 2010 and is considered even worse when it comes to public service. With this information it is proposed that the study in question. The lack of information from the servers that serve the general public dissatisfaction beast to the taxpayer and also the server that ends up being frustrated by not being able to provide quality care, this being essential for the public sector, where rules and procedures are always very bureaucratic. The exposed situation besides bring bad results to management also brings motivation to the server. Teamwork is necessary, because the sum of individual knowledge and skills facilitates the achievement of goals. Leadership and motivation are actions to lead people seeking benefits for themselves and the group to which he belongs. The communication is directly linked to the core of leadership and is linked to interpersonal relationships, in which through the communicative process, leaders influence employees in achieving the goals and objectives outlined in the strategic plan. The process of communication in organizations is an important part among the people, especially in the workplace, when it should always be established clearly and objectively, because the noise in the communication difficult labor relations. The theoretical foundation of this study is based on the use of we as leadership, communication, motivation, demotivation and the manager's role today, trying to elucidate the understanding of how it develops and presents internal communication in a public organization. Texts written by renowned authors like Bergamini, Chiavenato, Lacombe and Limongi France-were selected. The methodological procedures were based on qualitative research for understanding the problem in focus in the organization as possible. The research is considered exploratory and descriptive, which was also conducted literature review and interviews with servers who live and have experience with situations that generate conflicts among employees in different sectors, which aroused the interest in the study. The sample consists of nine servers from the Department of Revenue to various departments providing taxpayer service service and also the Secretary of Municipal Revenue. The interview scheduled with the Secretary aimed to understand what the vision of the Manager with respect to the problem identified in this study. |
