This work will address the importance of developing a sustainable management social, aiming at the social well-being and professional employees of the public sector. Also will emphasize that the public manager has a role is based to promote actions that make your employees may exercise their functions with more pleasure and there is a good rapport and reliability so that the industry can be a location that allows for a quality of life. It becomes necessary due to the existence of principles, concepts and language of organizations of a public nature, that they have an impact on their management. The respect of the individual, the collective feeling, to the freedom of association, as well as the adoption of policies non-discriminatory and of protection of minorities must guide the relations of the organization with the people. The communication strategies of the relevant stakeholders for the establishment of mutual commitments. To emphasize, we will look at the importance of social participation and the increase in potential and qualities of the people in the construction of a future more fair. Working in an environment, ecologically balanced, is a common use of the people and is fundamental to the quality of life of living beings on the Planet. Los procedimientos metodológicos utilizados para la viabilidad de este trabajo fueron de carácter cualitativo, el autor de la obra tiene un diálogo con los autores del tema mediante la inserción de textos que según los problemas planteados por enriquecer sus conocimientos y redefine los conceptos relativos al contenido. |
