This work was the identification of thematic training areas predominantly required of candidates for top-level positions in the administrative area, competitions of the federal public service. The theme adopted is justified by the fact that the career of public server, especially without the flexibilities of private sector, should be based on meeting the demands of society, which currently are increasingly aware of their rights and citizenship, and the future server be aware about the role of the State, of public services, of the institution and of its own role as a professional. The data were collected in a sample of notices of invitations to tender, encoded in five categories, statistically processed, sorted and analyzed. The results indicate that areas predominantly required training are the higher training in any area of knowledge, the Bachelor of business administration and training in the humanities or exact, whichever is first on the other. Finally, the study suggests the need for further and more in-depth searches for an analysis of the impact, positive or negative, of hiring servers other than Bachelors in business administration for top-level positions of administrative areas of the federal public service, on the quality of public service. |
