Resumo: The quality of work life has been sought by largely private organizations. However with the passage of time, public organizations are developing exclusively for private companies applied concepts. In this sense, the theme of this research seeks to find out if mixed economy company offers quality of life in the work program for its employees. Thus we sought to examine the program quality of life at work (QVT) offered by the CPTM. Initially, we investigated what are the incentives offered by the organization to its employees and QVT, if these stimuli are available to everyone. This is a case study of a qualitative nature, based on the model of Walton, whose data collection was done through electronic research. The analysis of the information was made linking the project with the QWL indicators Walton, reaching the conclusion that a mixed capital company, namely CPTM also offers quality of work life programs to its employees.
