Originally created by the State , was named State School ( Grouped ) of Queens Bridge Cement . Had its inception based on the decree . 22.069/84 . The exploratory approach with a qualitative approach , the documentary presents research Political Pedagogical Project of the college , for the analysis of changes occurring in the neighborhood without changing the original design of the school. The basic infrastructure interferes with the comfort and well -being relevant to the work of teachers and education students . Pedagogical work is well targeted , focused on learning , which usually happens with the use of parallel reinforcement. Este trabalho teve como temática analisar o paradoxo entre a transformação do bairro Sítio do Rosário, localizado em Santana Parnaíba – SP e das características físicas de sua escola de Ensino Fundamental, o Colégio Municipal “Holmes Villar”, situado à Rua Polidoro, 175. Originalmente criado pelo Estado, recebeu o nome de Escola Estadual (Agrupada) do Bairro Ponte de Cimento. Teve sua criação com base no decreto nº. 22.069/84. A metodologia exploratória, com abordagem qualitativa, apresenta a pesquisa documental do Projeto Político Pedagógico do colégio, para a análise das transformações ocorridas no bairro sem a alteração do projeto inicial da escola. A infra-estrutura básica interfere no conforto e bem-estar relevante para o trabalho dos professores e educação dos alunos.
