This paper presents an Own Provident Fund Scheme approach, in particular the Self Provident Fund Scheme of the Municipality of Jandira. We sought information about the pension system of the Municipality of Jandira both the current situation and its emergence as the Institute of Municipal Pension. Rose all existing subdivisions between the Institute and the Municipality of Jandira. It was observed that during the existence of the social security system of the municipality eleven terms of installment payments were made. We conclude that in some situations installments made the Chief Executive power may incur administrative misconduct. |
