This paper presents a detailed study about the Correios’ Importa Facil Ciência program, wich is intended for researchers, scientists and research institutions accredited by CNPq, ECT’s main partner in the program. There will be discussions about its origin, its advantages, information about the operation of the service, as well as upside and the downside of the program, according to researchers and research institutions that use the service. The methodology used for the paper consisted on interviewing the researchers who agreed to, in a total of 34 from 8 Brazilian states. We will also discuss the other modalities of the Importa Fácil service (personal and corporate), in order to compare them to Importa Fácil Ciência, highlighting the benefits of the program. In the end, actions to improve the future outlook of the service as a whole are presented. |
