Today, technologies are emerging rapidly. Several technologies are invented or improved, in order to help people. The GPS was one. Currently, GPS is an indispensable tool when it comes to orientation or location. With the launch of smartphones, people began to use various features with a single device, such as Internet, e-mails, option to install multiple applications as needed, access to GPS and others. This work unites the resources present in Smartphones with GPS to create a new localization tool for students, staff and visitors UTFPR of Pato Branco campus - PR. In this way the user can locate themselves and find desired points between the blocks and numerous rooms of the university. |
