Resumo: |
The fourth industrial revolution, also known as industry 4.0, is in the imminence of the beginning of its era. Industry 4.0 is the transformation from machine-made manufacturing to more focused production in the digital environment and interconnections between devices. In this new context of industrial production, 9 technologies appear as pillars of industry 4.0, the building blocks. These technologies are: big data analysis, autonomous robots, simulation, vertical and horizontal system integration, internet of things, cyber security, augmented reality, 3d printing and cloud storage. Due to the development and application of these technologies, quality engineering must adapt to be applied in these new environments. In the bibliographic research made in this work, it was observed that the relationship of quality with the new technologies is aimed more on the organizational aspect than in quality tools, being focused on the management, production, customer, supplier and other sectors as a whole. Based on this new quality characteristic, the term Quality 4.0 was created, which did not come as a substitution of traditional methods, but as an improvement and adaptation to the new reality of the productive process. |
