Against the unfavorable energy scenario of the country, this study aims to identify possible opportunities for improving energy efficiency in the area of utilities, including the cooling system, and the treatment of wastewater from a industrial refrigerator (pizzas and ready meals) located in the city of Ponta Grossa in the state of Paraná, as these processes have the highest electricity consumption in the said plant. electricity consumption data from the equipment cooling and treatment process of fluent were collected. document data were observed, SAP system and also measurements in the field, in search of as cooling and wastewater treatment consume compared to other processes. As was already known, refrigeration showed consumer a share of 65% of the electricity the plant thus were raised opportunities for improvement of efficiency through literature and in practice, using the experience of operators and technicians as allies . The opportunities cited by the authors, were prioritized three of them and performed the calculations of returns in absolute and financial consumption, based on the pattern of daily monitoring / monthly utilities of the indicators adopted in the company. Tests were carried out in 2 quarter of 2015 compared to the first quarter and found great results achieved by the team. For the success of the work was achieved through excellent results achieved, the involvement of the entire organization of the start line by the end proved to be of paramount importance, thus promoting the integration of the technical area with the productive and also a change in behavior, openness to discussion of numerous opportunities that hitherto had not been questioned, where there is often no simple answers to questions of why we do it this way, the use of PDCA methodology made reunite people from different areas in the search result. |
