This research aims to conduct a study on how to measure the relationship to the quality of life of administrative staff servants of Paraná Federal Technology University. Will be first seen this journey from the point of view of law both in the law that specifically deals with the federal public servant as the perspective of the Federal Constitution of 1988, the Consolidation of Labor Laws. They will also be seen some concepts of quality of life from the point of view of some authors and WOQOL group of WHO and the instruments to measure the quality mainly WHOQOL 100 and WHOQOL-BREF and their practical application. |
