In business, decisions must be made based on the analysis of facts and data, which can be obtained through the use of tools that identified problems of a process and analysis to seek the best solution. This work is included in this theme to make use of Ishikawa diagram to identify problems in the production of exhibitors company to supermarket, linking their causes and suggesting solutions that can improve the quality of the production process and the product. The main problems found were gaps in compliance with the quality of the final product, resulting in serious problems in the delivery of the product, both for now and for the implementation of tools. With in the case study obtained information regarding about the generating causes of pendencies or productive delays in the system. Where we used the Ishikawa diagram with the duties of their information system using their 6M`s method, method, raw materials, machines, half ambient and labor, especially the research presented as main causes measures and methods. |
