The main logistical bottlenecks in harvest season and additional costs that crushing industries have had, with emergency solutions to get all the raw material by producers and ensure the production capacity at its processing are factors that limit the expansion of the activities and increase every day. In this way, the present study aims to analyze which logistical bottlenecks that cause the most impacts in planning the production of soybean processing industries in the region of Ponta Grossa, and to identify possible solutions to minimize this impact, to ensure profitability and better utilization of production. |
